Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process information outside New Zealand, including in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and other countries where their servers are located. We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers handle your information in a way that is consistent with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure the results of our advertising. This may include Google Analytics and advertising tags from Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft. When you arrive from an advertisement, we may record the advertising click identifier with your enquiry so we can measure which campaigns work.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalisation in your Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft account settings. Some parts of the website may not work as intended if cookies are disabled.

Marketing communications

If you have given us your details, we may send you emails or messages about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by contacting us. We will still send you messages about any service you have engaged us for.

How we store and protect your information

We store personal information electronically with reputable cloud providers and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These steps include access controls, secure transmission, and limiting access to the people who need it to deliver your service.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including handling revisions and guarantee claims, and to meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations. After that we securely delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your CV and documents at any time, subject to those obligations.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. If we refuse a request, we will tell you why in writing and how you can complain.
