We came from corporate and executive backgrounds. We had sat in boardrooms, led hiring decisions at the most senior levels, and watched exceptional leaders fail to progress not because of their capabilities - but because of how those capabilities were positioned on paper.
We co-founded CV People in Australia in 2011 with a single conviction: that the most accomplished executives deserved career positioning that matched the calibre of their achievement. What began as a specialist Australian practice has grown into one of the world's leading executive CV and personal branding services - trusted by senior leaders across nine countries on four continents.
